Platform Fees

Muuvo currently DOES NOT charge any registration fee, commission, subscription fee, or service fee for using the platform. Customers, service providers, drivers, and passengers can use the available features free of charge unless otherwise announced.

If Muvvo introduces paid features or service charges in the future, users will be notified in advance and the updated Terms & Conditions will be published before those charges become effective.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide truthful information, respect other users, communicate professionally, and comply with applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not create fake accounts, impersonate others, post illegal or misleading content, spam, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Ratings & Reviews
